About the CTS project
Welcome to the website that opens the gateway to the world of critical thinking and media literacy! We are here to guide you through an innovative project that has the potential to change the way we perceive information and the world around us.
Enter a world where fun and learning merge into one to create a tool for your personal and professional growth.
Our mission is to bring educational tools that promote critical thinking in a fun and interactive way. Gamification is our secret weapon, combining critical thinking and media literacy with innovative tools for the 21st Century.
Why?
Because play is a way to learn, acquire and experiment without feeling pressured. Our gamified tools make critical thinking an adventure. Look for the right questions that encourage exploration and discovery of new perspectives, hidden key connections and facts.
Media literacy (MIL) is a key competency 21. century that we don’t want to keep to ourselves. The European Union sees it as an essential tool for success in a world where media impulses shape our reality. Our efforts are focused on developing these skills to prepare you for the challenges of the modern world. Critical thinking is like a key that opens the door to media literacy and a better understanding of the complex and rapidly changing information environment.
About thinking
Critical thinking is not just a skill – it is a way of life that allows us to not only perceive the world around us, but also to actively shape it.

I mainly deal with sales and its organization. This is the first game I’ve been a part of. Other games I organize or facilitate, whether they are teambuilding or educational games.
After studying at the University of Economics in Prague, I worked for several years first as a project manager and then moved into sales. For over ten years I worked as a sales director for medium-sized companies, where I took care of international corporate clients as well as partner networks and end customers. I have also organized countless team-building games and a dozen camps for adults over twenty years. Three years ago I started doing personal development and became certified in the Geller games set of educational board games and coaching training. This allows me to pass on my experience in a non-traditional way.

As an entrepreneur, I chose the path of presenting moral values in an environment of project-based solutions and leadership built on ethical and empathetic principles. I have implemented several interesting projects and one of them is the concept of non-formal education EVOschool (environmental education and awareness). “Entrepreneurship is not just about work, but above all about how we influence our immediate environment, in which we act holistically in all aspects.” I see leadership as a way of thinking and presenting basic moral and ethical principles. I guess I’m a bit of a digital nomad in the sense of freedom of being in a place and time. It gives me the space to build personal priorities. The most fundamental one in my case is family.

I deal with the possibilities of using gamification, serious games and simulation games in business processes, products and marketing. I’m researching new technologies and their application to our mission. I take pictures of us and you at our events, shoot and edit videos.
I graduated from the University of Economics in Information Technology, and wrote my master thesis on Business Process Reengineering in Public Sector. For many years I worked as an electrical power designer and in my spare time I played and researched board, computer and other games. In 2006-2010 I was a councillor for Prague 14 and chairman of the council’s commission for the development of information technology in Prague 14
